流程步驟

1、上袋：袋子用上取下送袋方式，送到機夾，無袋預警，減少用人及勞動強度；

2、打印生產日期：色帶檢測，色帶用完停機報警，觸摸屏顯示，保證包裝袋正常打碼；

3、打開袋子：開袋檢測，不開袋不落料，保障物料不損失；

4、填充物料：檢測，物料不填充、熱封不封口，保證不浪費袋子；

5、熱封封口：溫度異常報警，保證封口質量

6、冷卻整形、出料：保證封口美觀。
